* Paragraph Emphasis and Organization : Solid blocks of text are often times difficult to read. You may want to demolish up your text using visual indicators to display where paragraphs start and begin. If you are trying to emphasize a particular section of text you may try using formatting techniques such as frames, bullets, and reversed text.
* Character Emphasis : If you need to draw emphasis to certain words or phrases within a body of text you may want to use bold or italics . This is one way of letting readers know what information is important.
