Regarding legalities and procedures, fields of real estate starts from appraisal, brokerages, property management and relocation services. These fields of real estate must be analyzed, studied and practiced decently by the real estate agent since it tells of how real estate management is done with real clients. You may be working on a specific field but its necessary that you know all areas for better business function.
