I'm your driver just letting you know i'm here he says. You walk towards this lovely looking car all shiny like if its just come out of the showroom. Your driver opens the door and you get in the car the smell of leather hits you and you feel like a million dollars!
You get to your destination on time feeling relaxed and you enjoy the rest of your evening. When your finished Your driver is waiting for you and takes you back home safely and you think I will definately use this company again they where very professional and well worth the expense.
Now this is what 90% of customers should get when they order a chauffeur driven car or limousine but in reality things can go wrong!
Drivers turn up late because they did not plan enough time and got stuck in traffic, or they get lost because they again did not plan the route in advance.
The driver accepts another job and is late finishing because the plane came in late or the other customer he was with was late coming out of his meeting.
You look at the driver and he is wearing t shirt and jeans and smells of B.O. Does not say sorry for being late plus your afraid to say something because he looks like he could knock out Mike Tyson!
The car looks like its been through a muddy field to get here and You get in the car and it stinks of dona Kebab and cigarette ash.
As your traveling your holding on for dear life because the driver thinks he is in a race and beep his horn and swears out loud at anything in his path.
You get out the car and phone up the company and cancel the return trip and vow never to use them again.
They say you get what you pay for so remember this when your booking a car if it looks too cheap then it probably is, as worthy service and maintaining it comes at a price. Good service is paramount and a company that does not provided this will lose customers fast.
