Even though a second survey indicated this fact, the tribe did not change their plans and continued to build the casino. The tribes lawyer blames the National Indian Gaming Commission for not ruling on the issue. If the tribe thought the government would give in and allow the casino after the hotel and casino were finished, they were wrong. The result is that the tribe is building another casino near there for a cost of $2.5 million.
